How do I place my order?

Email courtney@cometogethercards.com with your order. If you would like a custom item drawn for you, please include any specifications. Don't forget the correct wording, how many items you would like to order and, if applicable, desired hair and skin color for the graphic. Your shipping address will also be helpful!

 I have an specific idea in mind. Do you design custom work?

Yes, it is one of our favorite things! The custom drawing fee starts at $25. A few examples of our custom work can be found under the Custom Work section of the Greeting Cards. We love to make your great ideas a reality!

Come Together Cards designed something for me, and I have gotten so many compliments that I want to order more products with the same graphic. Do I need to pay my custom drawing fee again?
Once we have drawn custom drawn a graphic made to look like you, you may order anything with that graphic without incurring another fee.

Do I get a proof of my order?
If you have met the minimum order, your price includes one proof and one change, if needed. Since every change delays processing your order, we appreciate that you communicate all your expectations when you place the order so we may avoid unnecessary changes. We love to have "creative license" so we may create something for you that is truly one of a kind!

Do you offer custom baby book pages or scrapbooking?

Yes! The non-gender specific baby book pages are shown on the site, and if you are looking for something a little more custom, we can do that too. Contact us for more information and pricing.

Is there a minimum order?

The notecards come in sets of 10. The invitations come in sets of 20.

How long will it take to get my order?

Hand drawn orders are completed in 7-10 days.

I let time get away from me and I need my invitations really fast! Can you still do it?

We do our best to accommodate rush orders. Any order needed within 7 days is considered a Rush Order and is charged a $15 rush fee. All rush orders during Christmas season (November and December) are $25, which allows the order to bump ahead of all previously placed orders.

Do you offer discounts to ministries or non-profit organizations?
Yes! We love ministries and non-profits and appreciate the work you do. Come Together Cards will donate a percentage of your total order back into your organization. Please contact us for details.

Do you know who shot JFK or what happened to the dinosaurs?
Sadly, no. We can help you with any card related question, but some important questions are out of our realm of expertise. Sorry.

I am a HUGE fan. I have drank the Come Together Cards Kool-Aid and want to tell others about your cuteness. Is that okay?

Of course! Come Together Cards relies on word-of-mouth referrals to continue to serve people with cute card needs! We appreciate you spreading the word!

Can I get anything free for telling others?

As a matter of fact, yes! We appreciate your referrals so much that we offer several ways to get free cards. Any time you post on your blog about Come Together Cards,  you get $5 off your next order. And, if you tell a friend that places an order, you get $5 off!  This includes when you forward Come Together Card emails to your friends.

How can I find out about discounts and the newest cards?

Join the email list! An email is sent about once a month, and has all the newest products and great discounts. We respect your privacy and would never release your contact information to anyone else! It is just used for the Come Together Cards.
